A primer to be used on paper, cardstock, chipboard, wood, metal and other surfaces.
Directions: Mix with mixed media to create a smooth, matte finish without significantly altering paint consistency or vibrancy. Can also be used as an adhesive for collage work, simply apply a thin, even layer to the back of lightweight materials such as paper or fabric, then press firmly onto your surface.
Flexible, water-based, non toxic, archival safe.
